Chef Dennis joined the Big City Diner family in 2001, bringing his passion for quality food and culinary excellence to one of Hawaii's most beloved local restaurants. In 2002, he opened the Kailua location, helping establish it as a favorite gathering place for the Windward community.
From intimate gatherings to large-scale events, Chef Dennis works to ensure that every dish reflects the quality, consistency, and flavors that have become synonymous with Big City Diner.
As Big City Diner's Corporate Catering Director, Jody is dedicated to making every event seamless from the very first conversation to the final bite.
Working with clients throughout Oahu, she has helped coordinate countless events, from business meetings and nonprofit fundraisers to weddings, holiday parties, school functions, and milestone celebrations. Jody understands that no two events are alike.
